An important Australian Company owned by locals

As the impact of COVID-19 increases across our country, we have made plans to ensure continuity of customer service in the future.

We aim to maintain the level of service that our customers expect from us and with the assistance of Peace of Mind Computing will ensure that we keep operating.

We have taken steps to minimise any disruption or spread of the virus over the coming period by restricting our business travel. We have built a business over the last 30 years that mostly interacts with customers and insurers virtually. We are experienced in working with our customers remotely, over the phone or email, rather than in person, and as a result we expect little disruption to your experience with us. We have taken the following measures to ensure business continuity and our availability for our clients and business partners:

• Suspended non-critical business travel.

• Extended our services to include ‘work-from-home’ systems for employees.

• Leveraged technology to conduct meetings virtually when possible, limiting the number of external visitors.

• Augmented and tested our existing Business Continuity Plan to confirm the adequacy of ‘work-from-home’ and remote support scenarios.

• We have cancelled our attendance at large-scale industry events until further notice.

Like many other organisations, we will continue to evaluate the need to extend our work policy.

Peace of Mind Computing has taken the necessary steps to ensure that our business services remain uninterrupted during this time, whether we are working in an office or remotely.

We are equipped to provide the high-quality service you have come to expect from us, and we will continue to remain available for the duration of the Pandemic.

This is a worrying time for everyone, but we hope the measures put in place with the assistance of Peace of Mind Computing’s services, we will continue to be a Business that you can rely on.
